What you will do

• Lead development of multi-channel paid media strategies and implementation steps for clients.
• Stay ahead of paid media trends, create client-facing templates, and assist in new business pitches.
• Train, manage, and mentor junior associates and interns, reviewing deliverables.
• Build internal resources, maintain vendor relationships, and brainstorm onboarding strategies.
• Conduct research on audiences, keywords, and platforms; participate in industry updates.
• Collaborate with intel, social, SEO, UXO, designers, and copywriters for cohesive strategies.

Requirements

• 1+ years in paid media, with strategy and execution across search, display, social, video, shopping, native.
• Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement), Google Analytics Certified, Microsoft Advertising certified, Facebook Blueprint certified.
• Experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Client-facing and public speaking experience; ability to translate goals into strategy and support tracking/troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
