What you will do
- Execute and optimize acquisition campaigns across paid social, paid search, PPC, and programmatic channels.
- Manage day-to-day campaign setup and performance tracking with a focus on ROI, CPA, and lead quality.
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and tactical improvements to the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Events teams to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives.
- Develop and execute structured testing plans for audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency in campaign planning, research, and reporting workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
- Hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- B2B experience is essential for this role.
- Proactive communication skills for reporting performance and managing stakeholder expectations.
Nice to have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Background in the pharmaceutical industry or events marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics and martech tools like GA.
- Experience working with external agencies or partners.
