What you will do

  • Execute and optimize acquisition campaigns across paid social, paid search, PPC, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign setup and performance tracking with a focus on ROI, CPA, and lead quality.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and tactical improvements to the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Events teams to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives.
  • Develop and execute structured testing plans for audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency in campaign planning, research, and reporting workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • B2B experience is essential for this role.
  • Proactive communication skills for reporting performance and managing stakeholder expectations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
  • Background in the pharmaceutical industry or events marketing.
  • Familiarity with analytics and martech tools like GA.
  • Experience working with external agencies or partners.
