What you will do

• Lead a team of eight specialists managing the PPC strategy for a major UK health and beauty retailer.
• Oversee workflow management, training, and professional development for seven direct reports.
• Develop and execute PPC planning, forecasting, and optimization to meet strict ROI and cost-per-sale targets.
• Collaborate with Google and Microsoft to implement product adoption, automated bidding, and data integration.
• Act as the primary communication lead for clients, media partners, and internal planning teams.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Extensive specialist experience in PPC and direct response marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and SA360.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Strong data interrogation skills for granular account optimization.
• Experience managing large-scale e-commerce accounts.
