What you will do

• Develop and implement data-driven paid media strategies aligned with client business objectives across the full marketing funnel.
• Manage paid search, social, and display campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), including campaign setup, ad creation, and audience targeting.
• Optimise performance using data analysis, A/B testing of creatives and landing pages, and strategic bidding adjustments.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights and comprehensive performance reports to clients.
• Implement advanced tracking and attribution models to measure performance accurately and optimise for ROI.
• Troubleshoot complex campaign issues, diagnose root causes, and resolve problems to minimise disruptions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record managing paid media campaigns with demonstrable results.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio).
• Deep understanding of paid search, social, and display advertising platforms and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
