TL;DR
GOC | Senior Paid Search Specialist (Google Ads/SEM): Managing and optimizing end-to-end search advertising campaigns for international markets with an accent on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, SA360, data analysis, and KPI delivery. Focus on developing SEM strategies, interpreting campaign data, and turning performance insights into actionable recommendations for e-commerce, performance, and brand objectives.
Location: Hybrid work from the Poland offices in Krakow, Poznan, Warsaw, or Wroclaw, with teams in the office two days a week.
Salary: PLN 6,333–12,500 gross.

What you will do
- Build SEM activity strategies with global houses for markets including the UK, USA, and EMEA.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns from planning through execution.
- Run campaigns using Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Monitor e-commerce, performance, and brand KPIs and provide targeted recommendations.
- Analyze campaign data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience planning Google Ads or search campaigns.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers.
- Experience analyzing raw data and developing actionable recommendations.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from one of the Poland offices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
