What you will do

• Collaborate with global hirify.global houses to build SEM activity strategies for international markets (e.g., UK, USA, EMEA).
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve established KPIs for e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition.
• Analyze data, draw conclusions, and offer targeted recommendations.
• Run SEM campaigns from A to Z, utilizing platforms such as SA360 and Microsoft Advertising.
• Gain experience and mentorship from seasoned professionals.

Requirements

• English: Fluency required
• 4+ years of experience in planning Google Ads/Search campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers, capable of analyzing raw data and developing actionable recommendations.
• Eagerness to work with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be based in Poland and willing to work in a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Experience with SA360, Bing Ads, or Data Studio.
