GOC | Senior Paid Search Specialist (Google Ads)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with teams in the office two days a week

Gross salary: 6,333–12,500 PLN per month

What you will do

• Build SEM activity strategies with global hirify.global houses for international markets, including the UK, USA, and EMEA.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns from planning through execution.
• Run campaigns using SA360 and Microsoft Advertising.
• Track KPIs across e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data and develop targeted, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Fluent English for collaboration across international teams.
• At least four years of experience planning Google Ads or paid search campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and an affinity for working with numbers.
• Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Interest in working with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with readiness to work directly from Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with SA360, Bing Ads, or Data Studio.
