What you will do

  • Lead the design and implementation of RCA capabilities, including advanced billing, invoicing, and subscription lifecycle automation.
  • Develop scalable solution design strategies that align RCA capabilities with specific client requirements.
  • Facilitate client workshops focused on Quote-to-Cash optimization and system architecture planning.
  • Analyze complex technical requirements for subscription models, amendment rules, and multi-entity billing.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful RCA deployment within budget and timelines.
  • Partner with development teams to enable seamless data flows between RCA, ERP systems, and payment platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Solution Architect, or Billing Specialist with a focus on revenue processes.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, specifically Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) features.
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, subscription commerce, and revenue lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to design complex use cases such as usage-based pricing and evergreen subscriptions.
  • Location: Must be based in London

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist, or Revenue Cloud Consultant).
