What you will do

• Lead reporting processes across all clients and guide the team on how to communicate stories through data.
• Conduct weekly and monthly multi-channel analysis to identify root causes of trends and overall performance.
• Provide actionable optimization recommendations for Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display leads.
• Develop and set up reporting dashboards using Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics.
• Standardize and lead departmental testing initiatives, including A/B experiment design and brief development.
• Create performance projections and budget recommendations across various account and product levels.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Paid Media, executing campaigns across search, display, and social channels.
• Certifications in Google Ads (Fundamentals, Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Mobile), Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and simple macros.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Google Data Studio.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript and SQL.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
