What you will do

• Develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major enterprise clients
• Understand client needs and propose tailored Salesforce solutions to meet objectives
• Lead multi-faceted internal teams to deliver products and services on time
• Expand relationships by identifying adjacent opportunities in functions, units, or regions
• Serve as primary communication link between clients and internal teams
• Resolve customer issues, handle complaints, and generate new sales opportunities
• Prepare progress reports and forecasts using key account metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience as engagement or project manager in technology or management consulting
• Experience in sales and client-solution alignment
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across levels
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
