What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 Product Specialists and Project Managers, aligning growth with business goals.
• Act as executive point of contact for clients during onboarding, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Own project planning, resource allocation, and operational cadence using stand-ups, retrospectives, and performance reviews.
• Leverage AI insights and automation to optimize workflows, identify risks, and improve client outcomes.
• Handle escalations, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
• Drive continuous process innovation, client retention strategies, and scalable onboarding enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding
• 3+ years leading and coaching teams in high-growth environments
• Strong software aptitude for learning and explaining complex product functionality tied to industry use cases
• Experience using or integrating AI tools and data-driven insights in workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership with cross-functional teams and executives
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or Rocketlane
