hirify.global is an AI-powered pipeline generation platform integrated with Salesforce, designed to help revenue teams automate and scale their lead engagement.

What you will do

  • Lead customers through the hirify.global Implementation Framework to ensure successful platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to design and outline optimal technical architectures for new customers.
  • Document technical requirements and implement a hirify.global Data Model aligned with specific business objectives.
  • Establish deep consultative relationships and provide coaching to stakeholders on Conversational Marketing strategies.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and analyze customer health scores to ensure renewal targets are met.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to help shape the internal product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • 10+ years of experience in Mid Market or Enterprise software.
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency in web/scripting technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation systems and SaaS applications.
  • Bachelor's degree.
