What you will do

• Oversee program, project management, and delivery of services for clients in your book of business, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Present project status, risks, and solutions to external stakeholders and develop key client relationships.
• Manage internal reporting to leadership on project status, risks, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor, assess, and mitigate risks across portfolio; partner with Sales, Client Success, and Support teams.
• Standardize processes, documentation, and templates; educate stakeholders on services delivery.
• Provide product feedback, assist in client roadmaps, and deliver industry-specific direction on SEO and trends.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience; 6-8 years in software implementation, consulting, or client-facing roles.
• 3-4 years managing client-facing projects and working directly with clients.
• Strong program/project management, prioritization, organization, and client-facing skills (presentations, decks).
• Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal skills, data analysis with Excel.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, thrives under pressure in cross-functional teams; occasional travel (<5%).
• Fluency and interest in AI usage, optimization, and tool creation.

• Understanding of relational databases, SEO, GEO, AIO, local digital marketing, Agile, UX best practices.
