What you will do

• Lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework to ensure successful product adoption.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to design and outline optimal technical architectures for onboarding customers.
• Document technical requirements to implement a Qualified Data Model aligned with client business objectives.
• Establish deep consultative relationships with client business units and provide coaching on conversational marketing.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and collaborate with Marketing to create customer case studies and testimonials.
• Analyze customer health scores and provide feedback to shape the internal product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Deep working knowledge of hirify.global CRM.
• Proficiency in web/scripting technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
