Professional Services & Partner Delivery Lead (HR SaaS): Manage onboarding, strategic business partnering, and performance of service partners to drive customer adoption and value realization with an accent on partner enablement, delivery assurance, and growth engines. Focus on overseeing partner accounts, conducting performance reviews, mediating escalations, and aligning resources for successful implementations.

Location: New York Metro Area, hybrid (NYC office at least 2 days a week). Only candidates located in the New York Metro Area.

Salary: $123,250–155,250 per year

What you will do

• Manage partner accounts and engagement, building relationships and ensuring performance growth.
• Support partner onboarding and enablement to help customers achieve objectives.
• Monitor partner performance, track feedback, and drive KPI improvements.
• Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and reviews to measure delivery metrics.
• Handle implementations, escalations, and quality assurance for partner projects.
• Provide pre-sales support, resource allocation, and represent hirify.global at events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Service Partner Success/Management, Professional Services, or Customer Success.
• Solid understanding of professional services, partnerships, SaaS, and commercial knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and partner/customer-first mentality.
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk, Tableau advantageous; HR/HRM background a plus.
• Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in NYC office 2+ days/week.
