What you will do

  • Own a region and build a pipeline of high-value opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Run a high-velocity, consultative sales process from prospecting through close
  • Uncover needs of security leaders and demonstrate how hirify.global reduces risk
  • Partner with Solutions Engineer to deliver compelling demos and value stories to CISOs and security teams
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive joint wins and customer success
  • Contribute to go-to-market feedback and maintain accurate revenue forecasts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex B2B or cybersecurity solutions to enterprise or mid-market customers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in high-growth environments
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity buyers in vulnerability management, SecOps, or threat intelligence
  • Comfortable navigating multi-threaded deals and engaging C-suite buyers
  • Strong storyteller able to tailor value narratives to technical and business audiences
  • Familiarity with partner-driven selling and working with MSSPs or VARs
  • Experience with Salesforce and disciplined pipeline management
