TL;DR

Manager, Enterprise Sales Development (Cybersecurity): Lead and mentor a team of BDRs responsible for inbound lead qualification and outbound opportunity generation with an accent on hiring, onboarding, performance optimization, and KPI tracking. Focus on developing prospecting strategies, providing coaching, aligning with sales and marketing teams, and driving pipeline attainment.

Location: United States - Remote

Compensation: $200,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Build out the BDR function by hiring and onboarding top talent
  • Develop team skills in outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and creating opportunities
  • Provide weekly 1:1 coaching and feedback to drive skill and performance growth
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation on MQL feedback and campaigns
  • Partner with Sales to refine outbound strategies, qualification, and hand-offs
  • Align with Marketing, Sales, and Product on messaging for target accounts
  • Forecast attainment and monitor KPIs to boost BDR productivity

Requirements

  • 2+ years leading BDR teams (Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Infrastructure, OSS preferred)
  • Experience managing funnels across inbound, outbound, upsell, new business
  • Hands-on enablement in onboarding, ramping, and team development
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), lead gen, and productivity tools
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
  • Proven recruiting, hiring, and training abilities
  • Enterprise account prospecting or selling experience

Nice to have

  • Understanding of B2B software, open source, and developer products
  • Experience growing in a small startup
