Location: United States - Remote
Compensation: $200,000 OTE

What you will do
- Build out the BDR function by hiring and onboarding top talent
- Develop team skills in outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and creating opportunities
- Provide weekly 1:1 coaching and feedback to drive skill and performance growth
- Collaborate with Demand Generation on MQL feedback and campaigns
- Partner with Sales to refine outbound strategies, qualification, and hand-offs
- Align with Marketing, Sales, and Product on messaging for target accounts
- Forecast attainment and monitor KPIs to boost BDR productivity
Requirements
- 2+ years leading BDR teams (Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Infrastructure, OSS preferred)
- Experience managing funnels across inbound, outbound, upsell, new business
- Hands-on enablement in onboarding, ramping, and team development
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), lead gen, and productivity tools
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
- Proven recruiting, hiring, and training abilities
- Enterprise account prospecting or selling experience

- Understanding of B2B software, open source, and developer products
- Experience growing in a small startup
