Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Prospect and sell to new enterprise logos, establish and develop account-based sales strategies to achieve quotas with an accent on managing complex sales cycles to senior executives in manufacturing, finance, and IT. Focus on self-sourcing leads, partnering with business development for pipeline growth, and forecasting revenue in Salesforce.
Region: North America. Hybrid work model (remote-first, office at least 3 days a week).
Compensation: USD 260,000 - 300,000 yearly

What you will do
- Prospect and sell to new logos using self-sourcing, research, and lead responses.
- Develop account-based sales strategies to hit quotas.
- Follow systematic sales processes for prospect campaigns.
- Manage complex sales cycles with senior executives across organizations.
- Partner with Business Development to build and optimize pipeline.
- Track all sales activity and forecast revenue in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5–7 years managing complex enterprise accounts with $1M+ quota attainment.
- Mastery of med-long complex SaaS sales cycles end-to-end.
- Tenacious hunter mindset with consistent quota achievement.
- Ability to sell to executive decision-makers.
- Strong skills in identifying client needs and articulating product benefits.
- Excellent questioning, listening, and analytical abilities.
