Salary: $195,000–$300,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition within the West territory for hirify.global DXP solutions.
  • Manage full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing.
  • Conduct consultative sales engagements and present value propositions to C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with SDR and Presales teams to build and grow a robust sales pipeline.
  • Utilize the hirify.global partner network to accelerate the sales process.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on net-new business.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota targets.
  • Experience selling and demonstrating complex SaaS solutions.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Experience selling SaaS MarTech solutions.
  • Training in Command of the Message.
