TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Driving total commercial success for 8-12 large customers including renewals and revenue expansion with an accent on account strategies, stakeholder relationships, and consultative alignment of learning solutions. Focus on owning full sales cycles, outbound prospecting, financial forecasting, and negotiating complex contracts.

Location: Remote role (USA only); applicants within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday-Thursday. Up to 50% travel to customer meetings required.

Salary: $256,000 - $320,000 USD (base + variable, depending on location, skills, experience).

What you will do

  • Leverage MEDDPICC and Three Whys frameworks to develop account strategies and plans.
  • Own full sales cycle for renewals and new business, including outbound prospecting to build pipeline.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, provide consultative guidance aligning solutions to customer objectives.
  • Handle financial activities: proposals, business cases, forecasting, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Partner with Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager for customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years related experience (or 8+ with advanced degree); SaaS sales to C-Suite with multi-year contracts.
  • Value-based strategic sales skills, complex account management, strong communication and presentation.
  • Proven negotiation, closing, and stakeholder navigation in large organizations.
  • Team leadership for account and support plans.
  • Remote in USA; hybrid/onsite expected near Dallas, TX office; up to 50% travel.
