TL;DR

Salary: $195,000-$300,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global DAM solutions exclusively to net new enterprise customers.
  • Manage full sales cycles including prospecting, qualification, forecasting, and account strategy.
  • Lead engagements with enterprise clients and position solutions to C-level executives consultatively.
  • Build and grow sales pipelines using SDR, presales support, and personal prospecting.
  • Leverage partner networks throughout the sales process.
  • Demonstrate offerings, value propositions, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Significant enterprise software sales experience focused on net-new business and high-value deals
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions through full sales cycles
  • Solid territory knowledge for prioritizing opportunities and building relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent execution, work ethic, grit, and integrity

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Selling SaaS MarTech solutions
  • Training in Command of the Message
