What you will do

  • Own a region and build pipeline of high-value opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Run high-velocity consultative sales process from prospecting through close
  • Uncover security leaders' priorities and demonstrate how hirify.global reduces risk faster
  • Partner with Solutions Engineer to deliver compelling demos and value stories for CISOs and security teams
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive wins and customer success
  • Contribute to go-to-market improvements and maintain accurate revenue forecasts

Requirements

  • 5+ years selling cybersecurity solutions to enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding quota in high-growth environments
  • Established relationships with local cyber VARs and partner-selling experience
  • Proven territory-based approach to new logo acquisition
  • Strong understanding of leveraging BDRs for demand generation
  • Formal training in MEDDICCC and Command of the Message
  • Proficiency in value-based selling and storytelling for technical/business audiences
  • Experience with Salesforce and disciplined pipeline/forecast management
