What you will do

• Act as primary liaison between eClinical and sponsor for data management interactions
• Monitor study timelines, deliverables, and overall data quality at study/program level
• Oversee database design, validation, maintenance, data review, query processing, and closeout
• Delegate tasks, mentor team members, and provide guidance on data management activities
• Develop documents like DMPs, eCRF guidelines, IST plans, and metrics reports
• Perform vendor reconciliations, identify data issues, and drive process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or health-related field preferred
• 8+ years in Clinical Data Management experience
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology
• Strong project management, leadership, and delegation skills
• Experience with EDC systems and clinical data management activities
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Project and Excel; excellent communication skills
