What you will do

• Independently coordinate study activities per protocols, SOPs, and regulations.
• Screen participants for eligibility and manage virtual/home-based visits and assessments.
• Collect, enter, and review study data using EDC and other systems.
• Maintain regulatory binders, participant records, and tracking logs in GCP compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for participants, caregivers, and study partners.
• Prepare for monitoring visits, track progress metrics, and collaborate with investigators and teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience as Clinical Research Coordinator or equivalent, preferably in interventional, decentralized, or neurology studies
• Bachelor’s degree in scientific, health-related, or behavioral field preferred.
• Working knowledge of GCP, informed consent, and clinical research regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EHR, EDC, CTMS, Zoom, and secure platforms in a fully remote environment.
• Comfort working independently across multiple studies.
