Location: Remote in all 50 US states

What you will do
- Independently coordinate study activities per protocols, SOPs, and regulations.
- Screen participants for eligibility and manage virtual/home-based visits and assessments.
- Collect, enter, and review study data using EDC and other systems.
- Maintain regulatory binders, participant records, and tracking logs in GCP compliance.
- Serve as primary contact for participants, caregivers, and study partners.
- Prepare for monitoring visits, track progress metrics, and collaborate with investigators and teams.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience as Clinical Research Coordinator or equivalent, preferably in interventional, decentralized, or neurology studies
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific, health-related, or behavioral field preferred.
- Working knowledge of GCP, informed consent, and clinical research regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with EHR, EDC, CTMS, Zoom, and secure platforms in a fully remote environment.
- Comfort working independently across multiple studies.
