Salary: OTE $205,300 – $259,600 • Offers Equity • Offers Commission

What you will do
- Manage portfolio of Fortune 50-100 customers, leading ROI and value initiatives alongside customer success managers
- Act as strategic transformation partner, setting vision and JTBD frameworks to drive AI adoption
- Build and manage C-suite relationships as trusted advisor to prioritize AI
- Lead value realization and ROI delivery via surveys, interviews, and P&L impact analysis in business reviews
- Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, managing stakeholders, escalations, risks, and updates
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate on cross-sell/upsell with sales
- Scale best practices by creating decks, frameworks, and communications for the team
Requirements
- Over 10 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with C-suite relationship track record
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking to set vision, define frameworks, and deliver measurable P&L outcomes
- Exceptional executive presence and communication for board presentations and cross-functional orchestration
- Curious mindset and active listening as a leader
- Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory
