What you will do

• Manage portfolio of strategic Fortune 100 customers, leading ROI and value initiatives alongside customer success managers
• Act as transformation partner by setting vision, defining JTBD frameworks, and driving AI adoption with leadership teams
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as trusted advisor to prioritize AI
• Lead value realization through surveys, interviews, and P&L impact analysis in business reviews
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs, manage escalations, risks, and updates across stakeholders
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate on cross-sell/upsell with sales
• Scale best practices by creating frameworks, decks, and processes for the team

Requirements

• 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with C-suite relationship track record
• Mastery of change management, strategic thinking, vision-setting, and translating to P&L outcomes
• Exceptional executive presence, communication for board presentations, and cross-functional orchestration
• Curious mindset, active listening, and leadership qualities
• Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory
