What you will do
- Manage portfolio of Fortune 50-100 customers, leading ROI and value initiatives alongside customer success managers
- Act as strategic transformation partner, setting vision and JTBD frameworks to drive AI adoption
- Build and manage C-suite relationships as trusted advisor to prioritize AI
- Lead value realization and ROI delivery via analysis, surveys, interviews, and business reviews
- Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, managing stakeholders, escalations, risks, and updates
- Identify expansion opportunities, collaborating on cross-sell and upsell with sales
- Scale best practices by creating decks, frameworks, and processes for the team
Requirements
- 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with C-suite relationship track record
- Mastery of change management, strategic thinking, vision-setting, frameworks, and translating to P&L outcomes
- Exceptional executive presence, communication for board presentations, cross-functional orchestration, and conflict resolution
- Curious mindset, active listening, and leadership qualities
- Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory
