Salary: OTE $156K – $198K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission

What you will do

  • Manage portfolio of Fortune 50-100 customers, leading ROI and value initiatives alongside customer success managers
  • Act as strategic transformation partner, setting vision and JTBD frameworks to drive AI adoption
  • Build and manage C-suite relationships as trusted advisor to prioritize AI
  • Lead value realization and ROI delivery via analysis, surveys, interviews, and business reviews
  • Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, managing stakeholders, escalations, risks, and updates
  • Identify expansion opportunities, collaborating on cross-sell and upsell with sales
  • Scale best practices by creating decks, frameworks, and processes for the team

Requirements

  • 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with C-suite relationship track record
  • Mastery of change management, strategic thinking, vision-setting, frameworks, and translating to P&L outcomes
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication for board presentations, cross-functional orchestration, and conflict resolution
  • Curious mindset, active listening, and leadership qualities
  • Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory
