Salary: OTE $184K – $233K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission

What you will do

  • Manage portfolio of strategic customers, leading ROI and value initiatives alongside customer success managers
  • Act as transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 customers, setting vision and JTBD frameworks to drive AI adoption
  • Build C-suite relationships as trusted advisor to prioritize AI initiatives
  • Deliver value realization through P&L impact analysis via surveys, interviews, and business reviews
  • Orchestrate cross-functional programs, managing stakeholders, escalations, risks, and updates
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate on cross-sell/upsell with sales
  • Scale best practices by creating frameworks, decks, and processes for the team

Requirements

  • Over 10 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with proven C-suite relationship building
  • Mastery of change management, strategic thinking, vision-setting, and translating to P&L outcomes
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication for board presentations, and cross-functional orchestration
  • Curious mindset, active listening, and leadership qualities
  • Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory
