Salary: OTE $173.5K – $219.5K

What you will do
- Own activation and platform success by understanding customer use cases, co-developing custom AI workflows, and executing strategies like champion programs, office hours, dashboards, trainings, and workshops.
- Build champion communities including advocate networks, power user groups for peer-to-peer learning, and internal customer trainers to scale enablement.
- Lead educational workshops and live events, facilitating tailored virtual and in-person sessions customized to customer needs.
- Continuously improve materials based on feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, identify training gaps, and build relationships with customer stakeholders and executives.
Requirements
- At least 9 years in customer success and activation, driving measurable adoption outcomes, implementing strategies like champion programs and workshops, and building advocate networks.
- Deep experience mapping customer use cases to workflows, connecting platform usage to business outcomes and ROI.
- AI and technical proficiency to scope, design, and demo custom solutions, understanding and communicating technical concepts.
- Expertise in delivering instructor-led workshops tailored to diverse audiences, partnering with curriculum teams.
- Strong relationship-building, program management, advisory mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments with continuous growth.
