What you will do

• Lead global clinical trials across all phases, including start-up, conduct, and close-out.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, invoicing, and change order processes to meet gross profit targets.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, guiding teams through challenges with decisive leadership.
• Foster collaboration and communication across multiple time zones with sponsors, sites, and internal teams.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and tools to drive project outcomes and maintain accurate reporting.
• Mentor team members and represent the company at investigator meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, scientific, or technical discipline (psychology, nursing, biology, sociology, computer science, or engineering); Master’s preferred.
• Previous CRO experience.
• 4+ years project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environment.
• Budget management experience.
• Proven ability to manage full workload across multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Strong grasp of study deliverables, timelines, and competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in neuroscience or cognitive assessment trials.
• Knowledge of IT concepts relevant to clinical trials.
