What you will do

• Build, QA, and launch email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture programs in Pardot
• Manage event lead imports, routing, campaign association, deduplication, and attribution in Salesforce
• Maintain campaign data hygiene including UTM governance, tracking validation, and recurring audits
• Partner with Campaign Managers to execute B2B marketing campaigns on time and within SLA
• Troubleshoot Salesforce–Pardot sync errors and data discrepancies
• Report on campaign performance and identify automation optimization opportunities using Salesforce Einstein and AI features

Requirements

• 2+ years in B2B marketing automation, campaign operations, or marketing operations
• Hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Leads, Campaigns, Reporting)
• Experience with lead attribution, UTM tracking, list segmentation, and data management
• Familiarity with Jira, Google Analytics, basic HTML/CSS for email QA, and AI productivity tools
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous QA mindset; clear communicator for global stakeholders (US & Europe)
