What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Manage monthly ad budgets from $20,000 to $200,000+
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and improve key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
• Build reporting dashboards using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM tools
• Collaborate with creative teams on ad creatives and landing pages
• Identify growth opportunities and stay updated on PPC trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in PPC / Paid Media Management
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience managing large budgets ($20K+/month)
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, Google Analytics, Tag Manager
• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
