What you will do

• Manage data management aspects of customer programs, providing proactive consultative advice on strategy.
• Serve as SME on data management, collaborating with project teams for quality and efficiency.
• Oversee scope, status communication, peer reviews, training, and escalation for customer programs.
• Map customer processes, identify improvements, lead cross-functional teams on data needs and strategies.
• Apply data-driven decisions, drive innovation, and implement changes in a global matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in health-related field (Master’s preferred); 10+ years in life sciences, preferably pharma/biotech in consultative role.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology, and decentralized trials.
• Proven project management skills in scope, resource, financial management; extensive data review/analytics experience.
• Strong client focus, organizational skills, communication, and ability to optimize data flows and identify quality issues.
• Intellectual curiosity about drug development and championing data in clinical programs.
