Agiloft Client Lead (CLM): Driving the growth of the Agiloft business in North America by managing the end-to-end sales process for enterprise clients with an accent on pipeline generation, contract negotiation, and strategic account planning. Focus on expanding the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) service line, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to CxO-level stakeholders.
Location: Chicago, Denver, Houston, Minneapolis, or New York (USA)
Salary: $140,000 - $250,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline generation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Agiloft business within the North American market.
- Manage and exceed an annual individual sales target of $3M+.
- Create and implement strategic account plans for enterprise clients to ensure long-term growth and partnership.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to scope and develop high-value solutions for services engagements.
- Provide thought leadership through white papers, hosting local events, and strategic advisory for CxOs.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling a new market or offering within a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated success selling to enterprise-level clients.
- Deep functional or technical knowledge of Agiloft cloud-based solutions.
- Strong business operations skills, including forecasting and managing margin and utilization goals.
- Ability to engage effectively with CxOs and senior decision-makers.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, MIS, or equivalent experience.
