What you will do

  • Own sales enablement roadmap, onboarding, and continuous training programs aligned to GTM priorities and product launches.
  • Translate product marketing strategy into sales-ready talk tracks, decks, objection-handling tools, and presentation assets.
  • Develop and maintain core pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, discovery guides, ROI frameworks, and event materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions, role-plays, teach-backs, and prepare teams for launches, RFPs, and key initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify gaps, channel feedback to Product Marketing, and track KPIs like training completion and asset utilization.
  • Manage content repository, version control, and processes for updates and governance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or GTM roles in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with U.S. healthcare technology or data solutions and payer ecosystem
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Proven ability to create compelling narratives, sales materials, and frameworks from product strategy.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, facilitation, and visual communication skills.
  • Comfort in high-growth, hands-on environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with U.S. healthcare payers in Payment Integrity, Interoperability, Total Cost of Care, Quality, or Risk Adjustment.
  • Background in high-growth or scaling organizations.
  • Experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
