What you will do

  • Own full-cycle sales to exceed quarterly/annual targets through pipeline management, product demos, customized proposals, and deal structuring.
  • Build relationships with healthcare executives, administrators, and clinicians as a trusted advisor on EMR and automation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering for smooth handoffs and gather market feedback for roadmap.
  • Experiment with prospecting, create sales playbooks, and develop collateral with Marketing to scale go-to-market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years quota-carrying sales in healthcare tech, preferably EMR/practice management; track record exceeding $1M+ annual targets
  • Bachelor's or equivalent; experience in complex enterprise sales with multiple stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of clinical workflows, EMR, HIPAA, interoperability, reimbursement models
  • Exceptional storytelling/presentation, discovery skills, proficiency with Salesforce/Outreach/Salesloft
  • Growth mindset, self-starter for fast-paced remote environment, mission-driven for healthcare
