Base Pay Range $184,000 - $255,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and evolve CI/CD and build pipeline infrastructure to maximize developer velocity and reliability.
• Own Terraform-based infrastructure, defining standards, module libraries, and guardrails for feature teams.
• Lead AWS account organization, IAM strategy, tagging standards, and governance structures.
• Drive cloud cost optimization through visibility, savings plans, and FinOps practices.
• Build self-service developer tooling and internal platforms for feature teams.
• Hire, mentor, and develop infrastructure hirify.globalers; define and execute technical roadmap.
• Partner with product, security, and feature teams to align infrastructure with priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years as software/infrastructure/DevOps hirify.globaler, with 3+ years leading infrastructure/platform teams; proven hiring, agile processes, roadmap ownership.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, BuildKite, Jenkins) and artifact management.
• Expert-level Terraform: module design, state management, IaC at scale.
• Hands-on AWS Organizations, Control Tower, IAM strategy, account vending, governance.
• Cloud cost optimization: tagging, reporting, savings plans, FinOps.
• Track record building internal developer platforms and self-service tooling.
• Working knowledge of observability (logging, metrics, alerting, tracing).
