Location: San Mateo, CA headquarters office (Monday-Friday in office with option to work from home one day per week)

Salary: $140,000 to $210,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Manage and build a high-performance team of engineers
• Guide and mentor engineers and project leads to ensure work satisfaction, technical advancement, and career progress
• Communicate company initiatives, mission, goals, and values clearly to team members
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and QA to maintain and exceed product usability and quality standards

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct software engineering experience and 2 years of engineering management
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or related discipline
• Excellent programming skills in Java or another object-oriented language
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
