What you will do

• Lead end-to-end learning initiatives, managing project plans, discovery, and execution.
• Partner with Product SMEs and customer-facing teams to diagnose adoption gaps and define success metrics.
• Develop high-quality learning experiences across formats, including eCourses, videos, job aids, and in-app support.
• Apply adult learning principles and visual design standards using AI-enabled tools to produce engaging content.
• Define and own evaluation strategies, analyzing utilization data and feedback to iteratively improve learning solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of learning design practices by introducing new tools and templates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing adult learning solutions for software products or complex processes.
• Strong expertise in learning design methodologies such as ADDIE and agile development.
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360, Canva, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Proven ability to lead learning initiatives end-to-end, from scoping to delivery.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience in data-informed iteration based on surveys and engagement metrics.

Nice to have

• Education or certification in instructional design, adult education, or learning experience design.
• Experience with healthcare software and knowledge of the LTPAC/senior living industry.
• Familiarity with hirify.global solutions and go-to-market cycles.
