What you will do

• Set and implement email marketing strategy with meaningful communications across the customer journey.
• Create and maintain email marketing calendars for campaigns and communications.
• Assist with client communication and ongoing strategy development.
• Handle email campaign setup, coding, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of various campaign types.
• Perform QA for rendering, mobile optimization, accuracy, and troubleshoot HTML, segmentation, and execution issues.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and recommend best practices for coding, design, and testing.

Requirements

• Experience setting and implementing email marketing strategies.
• Skills in email campaign activities including setup, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Proficiency in email QA, troubleshooting HTML, list segmentation, and technical issues.
• Ability to monitor performance, analyze data, and create insightful reports.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Nice to have

• Understanding of social media, SEO, and paid media in relation to email marketing.
• Experience with ESPs like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Hubspot, Klaviyo, SendGrid, or ClickDimensions.
