Location: Remote within the United States, not hiring in Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories.
Salary: $60,000–$64,000 base, OTE $110,000–$114,000

What you will do
- Create business plans to meet sales quotas and goals
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Generate opportunities through outbound campaigns and networking with clients and representatives
- Present IT/MSP solutions and provide after-sales support
- Negotiate agreements, resolve issues, and maintain client relationships
- Use sales tools like Salesforce for lead management and strategic consultative selling
Requirements
- 2-4 years quota-carrying experience as Account Executive or Account Manager, preferably in MSP/IT sector
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven sales track record with negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with IT hardware, cloud services, cybersecurity, network management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with virtual tools
- Strong organization, time management, and self-motivation
Nice to have
- Knowledge of software or dental/healthcare sales
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing
- Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Groove, Microsoft Teams
- Relevant sales/technology/IT certifications
