Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 USD

What you will do
- Oversee and grow an assigned client portfolio by providing exceptional service and education.
- Lead regular business reviews to ensure alignment as customers scale.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to communicate company value and drive growth.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to meet client needs.
- Manage account renewals, emphasizing growth and multi-year commitments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and share customer-driven feedback with the Product Council.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS Sales environment as an account manager.
- Must be located in the US.
- Proficiency with Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Remote candidates must participate in an in-person interview or face-to-face meeting prior to starting.
