What you will do

• Oversee and grow an assigned client portfolio by providing exceptional service and education.
• Lead regular business reviews to ensure alignment as customers scale.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to communicate company value and drive growth.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to meet client needs.
• Manage account renewals, emphasizing growth and multi-year commitments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and share customer-driven feedback with the Product Council.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS Sales environment as an account manager.
• Must be located in the US.
• Proficiency with Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Remote candidates must participate in an in-person interview or face-to-face meeting prior to starting.
