What you will do

• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop mechanical components and subsystems.
• Translate high-level requirements into design concepts with supporting engineering analysis.
• Perform basic structural and thermal analyses using hand calculations and FEA tools.
• Create and revise 3D models and 2D drawings using SOLIDWORKS and applying GD&T.
• Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and support prototype builds and functional testing.
• Work with suppliers to understand manufacturing constraints and refine designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. New college grads with mechanical engineering.
• SOLIDWORKS experience required (SOLIDWORKS PDM preferred).
• Solid foundation in mechanical design principles and GD&T.
• Curious mindset, proactive attitude, clear communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must be local to San Jose, CA. No relocation or visa sponsorship.
