€43,000 - €56,000 base pay

What you will do
- Drive invoices and revenue by analyzing supply data, improving Tasker activation, retention, and quality.
- Act as regional expert, monitoring market performance and tailoring supply tactics to local dynamics.
- Coach Taskers through 1:1 and group sessions across their lifecycle, in person and virtually.
- Grow participation in lifecycle programs and optimize communication channels.
- Use data insights to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and lead experiments for better outcomes.
- Engage community via office hours, workshops, and events; collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Based in Berlin or easily commutable distance, with availability to travel.
- Full professional fluency in English and German.
- 4+ years in marketplace operations, customer success, community management, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in data analysis for actionable insights and decisions.
- Strong communicator, facilitator, self-starter, and collaborator in fast-paced teams.
Nice to have
- Experience managing community programs across multiple metros or countries.
- SQL and Sigma proficiency.
- Marketplace or gig-economy background.
- Romanian language proficiency.
