Location: Must be based in Austria or the EU (Vienna preferred; remote options in Spain and Germany).

What you will do

  • Act as the primary subject-matter expert for e-invoicing across all markets, supporting pre-sales conversations.
  • Monitor European regulatory changes and translate them into actionable guidance for customers and internal teams.
  • Train the CS team on e-invoicing and create supporting documentation, guides, and articles.
  • Develop and validate AI-assisted content and videos using tools like Claude and Trupeer.AI.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for complex e-invoicing and fiscalization scenarios.
  • Optimize workflows using automation tools such as Make.com and Confluence.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in e-invoicing, fiscalization, or tax compliance.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing or consulting roles.
  • Deep working knowledge of Peppol, EN16931, and country-specific e-invoicing mandates.
  • Fluent English (C1).
  • Must be based in Austria or be open to working remotely within the EU.
  • Advanced proficiency as an AI user, capable of critically validating AI-generated output.

Nice to have

  • German language proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with content or video creation.
  • Experience with automation tools.
