What you will do

• Operate at the intersection of growth, operations, and strategy
• Own projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution
• Define new processes and technologies to solve previously un-encountered problems
• Work closely with the Founder and business leaders daily

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of professional experience in a high-growth, high-standards organization
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Excited to be in-person in New York City 5 days a week
• Strong bias for action
• Highly motivated, ambitious, ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
