What you will do

• Design and maintain the QTE organization's execution rhythm and org-wide operating cadence.
• Lead OKR planning and build reporting infrastructure to track strategic goals and measurable objectives.
• Develop and govern the closed-loop process converting quality review issues into training priorities.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional operations initiatives, defining scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Create and maintain program health dashboards to provide visibility into adoption and quality metrics.
• Identify and resolve operational friction points through workflow and tooling improvements.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in operations or program management within high-growth healthtech or complex service environments.
• Strong program management fundamentals (PMP or PgMP is a plus).
• Proven track record of owning OKR and metrics cycles at an organizational level.
• Experience auditing operational programs and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in process design and governance for cross-functional workflows.
• Must be based in the USA to align with the US healthcare system and company operations.
