TL;DR

Clinical Field Liaison (Mental Health): Grow patient referrals to an AI-native mental health platform by building relationships with healthcare providers including primary care physicians, specialists, and therapists with an accent on field engagement and territory growth. Focus on prospecting opportunities, converting leads into referral partners, and fostering long-term relationships across entire medical offices.

Location: Must be located in New York City, New York. Spend ~4 days per week in the field meeting providers.

Base Salary $100K + $100K Commission

What you will do

  • Spend ~4 days per week in the field engaging with providers in your territory
  • Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners
  • Build trust, convert leads into loyal referral partners, and foster long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff
  • Contribute to growth by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices

Requirements

  • Must be located in New York City
  • Proven success in provider-facing field sales, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare
  • Experience building and growing a territory from the ground up
  • Strong professional presence, communication, organization, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Detail-oriented and data fluent

  • Pharmaceutical or medical device experience
