Provider Partnerships Manager (Territory Sales Manager): Grow patient referrals to hirify.global by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff with an accent on field engagement and territory expansion. Focus on prospecting opportunities, converting leads into referral partners, fostering long-term office-wide relationships, and contributing to team processes for scalable growth.

Must be located in Moorestown, New Jersey. Spend ~4 days per week in the field within a 1-hour driving radius. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

  • Spend ~4 days per week in the field meeting providers within a 1-hour driving radius of your territory.
  • Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
  • Build trust, convert leads into referral partners, and engage the entire office including physicians, medical assistants, and managers.
  • Develop authentic long-term relationships to drive consistent patient referrals.
  • Refine processes, create resources, and share best practices to strengthen the Provider Partnerships function.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up.
  • Strong professional presence to influence and connect across physicians, staff, office managers.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and quick learning of new systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), time management, and organization.
