What you will do
- Spend ~4 days per week in the field meeting providers within a 1-hour driving radius of your territory.
- Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
- Build trust, convert leads into referral partners, and engage the entire office including physicians, medical assistants, and managers.
- Develop authentic long-term relationships to drive consistent patient referrals.
- Refine processes, create resources, and share best practices to strengthen the Provider Partnerships function.
Requirements
- Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up.
- Strong professional presence to influence and connect across physicians, staff, office managers.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and quick learning of new systems.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), time management, and organization.
