Provider Partnerships Manager (Territory Sales Manager) (Healthcare): Grow patient referrals to hirify.global by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and clinic staff with an accent on field engagement and territory growth. Focus on prospecting new partners, converting leads, fostering long-term office-wide relationships, and refining team processes for scalable impact.

Location: Must be located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Field role spending ~4 days per week in the field within approximately 1-hour driving radius of territory. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

  • Spend ~4 days per week in the field engaging providers within 1-hour driving radius of your territory.
  • Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
  • Build trust, convert leads into referral partners, and develop long-term relationships with providers, medical assistants, office managers, and entire clinic staff.
  • Take ownership of territory growth through creative approaches focused on patient impact.
  • Contribute to Provider Partnerships function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Proven success in provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up.
  • Strong professional presence to influence and connect across entire offices from physicians to staff.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and quick learner for new systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), time management, and organization.
