Focus on prospecting new partners, converting leads, fostering long-term office-wide relationships, and contributing to team processes for scalable impact.

Location: Must be located in Deptford, New Jersey. Field role spending ~4 days per week meeting providers within a 1-hour driving radius. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. required.

What you will do

  • Spend ~4 days per week in the field engaging providers within a 1-hour driving radius of your territory.
  • Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
  • Build trust, convert leads into referral partners, and develop long-term relationships with entire office staff including physicians, medical assistants, and managers.
  • Take ownership of territory growth, refine processes, create resources, and share best practices to strengthen the Provider Partnerships function.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up.
  • Strong professional presence to influence and connect across entire offices from physicians to staff.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and quick learning of new systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), time management, and organizational abilities.
