Provider Partnerships Manager (Territory Sales Manager): Grow patient referrals to hirify.global by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and clinic staff with an accent on field engagement and territory growth. Focus on prospecting opportunities, converting leads into partners, and fostering long-term office-wide relationships.

Location: Must be located in Boca Raton, Florida. Field role spending ~4 days per week in the field within a 1-hour driving radius. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. required.

What you will do

  • Spend ~4 days per week in the field engaging providers within your territory.
  • Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
  • Build trust, convert leads into referral partners, and develop long-term relationships with entire office staff.
  • Take ownership of territory growth and contribute to team processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up.
  • Strong professional presence to influence physicians, medical assistants, office managers, and staff.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and quick learner for new systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
